First Hotel offers a variety of room options, including 20m² rooms with wooden flooring and a double bed or 2 single beds, 25m² rooms with carpeting, armchairs, and the same bed options, and 30m² rooms with fully carpeted floors, a sofa set, and a king-sized bed. There are also spacious suites available, featuring separate living areas and bathtubs. All rooms come with amenities such as free toiletries, bathrobes, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs with cable channels, soundproof walls, minibars, and tea and coffee makers, with some units offering city or garden views. Some rooms also have 2 or 3 beds, providing flexibility for different guest needs.
